Olumide Famuyiwa is a rounded commercial, financial and international dispute resolution lawyer. He graduated with a First-Class degree in Law (top 1%) from Nigeria’s premier university, University of Ibadan. In the Bar Vocational Course at the Nigerian Law School, he was rated outstanding and won the overall best student prize in civil litigation.

Dr Famuyiwa is also an alumnus of the University of Oxford where he was awarded his P.hD. Other qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Swiss Arbitration Academy, Zurich, Switzerland, and a Certificate in International (Commercial and Investment) Arbitration from the International Academy for Arbitration Law, Paris, France.

He has published papers on international commercial arbitration, financial regulation, corporate law, civil litigation and oil & gas law.
