Simeon is certified to Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015, also Certified to Food Safety Management Systems as per ISO22000:2018 International Standard; a statistician, an economist and a trained project monitoring & evaluation expert.

He started his career as a Human Resource Management practitioner and has held several managerial positions as well as acquired performance management experience and expertise in organisational process improvement & effectiveness. He has worked with two Forbes 500 companies in a career that spans over 14 years of public and private sector work, of which six years (and counting) are in developmental work with the United Nation Industrial Development Organisation.

Simeon was a key expert in the development and establishment of the first National Quality Infrastructure in Nigeria and the establishment and hosting of the first and second Nigeria National Quality Award, in line with ISO 9001 and harmonized with 15 West African Countries.

He is a principal partner at Augtwelve Consulting, a business excellence company and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Quality Infrastructure Resources Limited, a private concern that provides a comprehensive range of consultancy services to government and institutions wanting to build the capacity of their own Quality Infrastructure to enhance the quality of their products and services in national and international trade.
